Hospital Planning & Operational Planning

Efficient healthcare systems are based on intelligent planning and optimized processes. We specialize in hospital planning, operational concepts, space and function programs, as well as process improvement, helping healthcare providers enhance patient care, optimize workflows, and implement forward-looking operational models.

Our planning is, if needed and requested by the client, supported by the results of our in-house process simulations and data evaluations.

Logistics Consulting

We analyze logistics processes holistically and conduct detailed calculations, such as lift capacity analyses, to ensure efficient material flows. Building on this, we develop customized logistics concepts with a particular focus on the disentangling of logistics flows and the cost-effectiveness comparison of different transport systems.

We support hospitals and other industries in implementing automated material supply solutions, such as automated guided vehicle (AGV), to optimize workflows and processes and increase efficiency.

Additionally, we define logistics requirements for architectural competitions and ensure that future-oriented and cost-effective solutions are integrated into the planning from the outset.
